Swimming Pool Hall Key Fob: The pool hall access key fob is on the wooden peg hooks in the kitchen. Please make sure it is replaced after use as there is a charge for replacement key fobs.
Washing clothes: There is a washing machine in the estate office/swimming pool building. For drying clothes there is an extending airer in the hall cupboard
Wi-fi: Code is on the back of the router. We use wi-fi calls when we are there. If you want to get phone signal try walking up to stand by the swimming pool building.
Google Nest: Smart speaker is on top of the electric stove. You can stream music, listen to the radio etc. You switch it on by saying ‘Hey Google’ and then instructing it
Heating
Heating: There are electric Rointe radiators. Temperature control is via the touch control panel on the front of each radiator. To turn on/off press the small circle with line, to turn the heat up or down press the arrow either side of the on/off button. Please be aware that the heater may automatically switch off for approx. 2 hours if it detects an open window or door. DO NOT HANG ANYTHING ON THE RADIATORS, they can overheat and hence it is dangerous and will damage the radiator. There is underfloor heating in the bathroom which has a thermostat and is set to come on at specific times. The controls are under the kitchen sink but please leave set as it is. The towel radiator in the bathroom has a control panel at the bottom left. The button with the clock symbol turns the heater on, blue lights show the level of heat. When you press the button once it stays on for 1 hour. Please make sure this radiator is turned off when you finally leave the lodge.
Electric stove: Located in the lounge, turned on via a remote. We often put only the flames on via the on/off button on the top right of the remote for cosiness. The stove also has a fan heater, thermostatically controlled and turned on/off via the button on the remote with the vertical squiggly lines on. We don’t touch any other buttons!
Hot Water & Shower
Hot Water: The water heater is under the kitchen sink and controls the hot water in the kitchen and bathroom sinks. It should already be set to an appropriate temperature and will be turned on. If, however, the temperature is turned down, it can be increased via the grey dial on the front of the heater.
Shower: Electric shower - pull the switch on the right as you enter the bathroom to turn the shower on (the red light on the ceiling switch glows).

Fuse Box: is inside the store cupboard in the hallway. The main supply switch is in the white meter box outside by the main door, the metal triangle key for the meter box is on the wooden peg hooks in the kitchen. If the electricity trips off please check all the fuses are on in the fuse box in the cupboard in the hall way. If it is still off the outside meter box trip switch may need turning back on.
